چکیده

Molecular Charge-Transfer Doping N- and p-type thermoelectric transports are obtained by solution-depositing strong molecular reductant (benzyl viologen) oxidant (magic blue), respectively, based on the same parental PtSe2 crystal. The synergetic effects of tuning band overlap controlling thickness 2D transition metal dichalcogenides, introduction dopants to materials through surface charge transfer doping, provide beneficial insights for development facile routes design highly efficient energy conversion systems nanomaterials.
